Mail Service and Deliveries
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes that are located on the first floor of the building premises. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located by the tenant mailboxes. USPS administers mailbox keys and changes mailbox locks. Please contact the Management Office to receive your mailbox assignment and keys. You will need to place a notecard in your mailbox with your suite number and practice name in order for the mail carrier to record the change.
Small Packages
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large Deliveries
Deliveries for Fort Mill Medical Plaza take place at the side entrance of the building located around the left side of the Urgent Care practice. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advance reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure the tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
